Tariffs and Conditions
We strongly recommend that Travel Insurance is purchased when you book to cover your accommodation and airline commitments should any unforeseen circumstances occur. Because we are a small boutique property on a remote Island it is extremely difficult to fill a cancellation which is why we must adhere to our Cancellation Policy outlined below.
Reservations on the Internet
A 50 % deposit of the total nights stay is required at time of reservation.
The balance is to be paid upon arrival.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. You can send us your details securely in a password locked MS Word document, with the password in a separate email or if you do not wish to email your credit card number, you can contact us by:

All rates are quoted in NZD, double occupancy per night, and inclusive of tax.
Maximum three (3) guests per Villa, third guest additional NZ$100.00 per night.
Minimum stay of Two (2) nights is requested.
Children over the age of Twelve (12) years are welcome.

Cancellation Policy - valid now to 31 March 2011
A cancellation fee of 7 % of the deposit amount applies should a cancellation be received more than 30 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking applies should a cancellation be received within 30 to 14 days of arrival.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking applies should a cancellation be received within 14 days of arrival.
